As a Freelance Visual Graphic Designer with 5-10 years of experience, your main role will be to support learning and media projects on a project-to-project basis. Here is what you will be responsible for:

  • Developing visual storyboards for video-based and digital learning modules
  • Handling SCORM development using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar
  • Reviewing and auditing motion graphics videos for design quality, visual flow, branding, and accuracy
  • Working closely with instructional designers, animators, and developers to ensure design consistency
  • Providing clear, structured feedback to improve animation and visual output

To excel in this role, you should possess the following experience and skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience in visual/graphic design
  • Proven experience in storyboarding for videos or e-learning
  • Strong understanding of SCORM standards and authoring tools
  • Ability to review motion graphics from a design and user experience perspective
  • Excellent eye for detail, layout, typography, and color
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and tight timelines

It would be advantageous if you have experience in e-learning, corporate training, or digital media, familiarity with brand guidelines and design systems, or prior experience reviewing or guiding motion graphic teams.
