Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Professional Communication Trainer to train college graduate students and prepare them for the corporate world. The trainer will focus on improving students’ communication skills, confidence level, interview readiness, and overall professional behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom training sessions for graduate students
  • Train students in spoken and written English
  • Develop skills in business communication, email writing, and workplace etiquette
  • Conduct sessions on presentation skills, public speaking, and group discussions
  • Prepare students for interviews through mock interviews and role plays
  • Design training materials, lesson plans, and assignments
  • Track student performance and share feedback reports
  • Coordinate with placement and academic teams

Required Skills

  • Strong command over English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent classroom management and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide young graduates
  • Good interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and online training tools

Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in English, Communication, MBA, or related field
  • Certification in Soft Skills or Communication Training preferred

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in teaching or training college students
  • Experience in Skill Development or Placement Training will be an added advantage

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
