RWaltz Software is looking for a Freelance Functional Business Analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills to support our ongoing IT and software projects. This is a remote, part-time, contract-based opportunity ideal for professionals seeking flexible engagement.
Experience Required:
- 3–4 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst (preferably in IT/Software domain)

Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
- Ability to create and maintain requirement artifacts – Proposal, BRD, FRD, SRS, RTM, User Stories
- Hands-on experience with process modeling tools (e.g. MS Visio/Lucidchart/ Draw.io)
- Experience in writing User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and supporting UAT
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Cases
- Support the design and implementation of business processes and workflows
- Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, and basic wireframes to represent proposed solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
