Freelancer Supervising Producer / Executive Producer – Microdrama

Engagement: Freelance / Project based

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production

• Oversee end-to-end pre-production planning for the microdrama series
• Script breakdown, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
• Coordinate with writers, director, and creative team
• Supervise casting process, including coordination with casting directors, auditions, and finalizing cast
• Manage locations, crew hiring, and production logistics
• Ensure the project aligns with approved budgets and timelines

Production

• Supervise on-ground shoot execution and daily production activities
• Act as the key point of contact between director, cast, and production team
• Ensure smooth coordination across departments (direction, camera, art, costume, etc.)
• Maintain creative quality while ensuring schedule and budget discipline
• Handle on-set decision-making and troubleshooting

Post-Production

• Supervise post-production workflow including editing, sound, and final deliverables
• Ensure timely delivery as per platform / brand requirements
• Review and approve final outputs in line with creative and technical guidelines

Overall Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the project from development to final delivery
• Balance creative vision, budget, and timelines effectively
• Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders / platform / brand teams

Requirements

• Prior experience in digital content, short films, web series, or microdramas
• Strong understanding of casting, production workflows, and shoot management
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and scheduling
• Ability to work independently in a freelance, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
