As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, your role will involve identifying and attracting top talent to join the organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for freshers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Facilitate the offer process and negotiate salary packages
  • Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices
