Role & responsibilitiesHandle front desk at mobile phone repair shop Reply to customer messages on Instagram and WhatsApp Receive incoming calls and give repair information Update customers about mobile repair progress Maintain customer records and billing entry Support daily shop work and customer handling Basic computer and smartphone use required Maintain good behaviour with customersPreferred candidate profileFresher or experienced both can apply Basic computer knowledge required Good communication skills Should be able to handle customers Nearby Wakad / Pune candidates preferred Male or Female both can apply Responsible and honest person required Interest in mobile / electronics field preferred
