Full Stack Java Developer - Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end application design, development, and maintenance activities supporting robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services.
• Manage requirement gathering and analysis necessary for integration build.
• Bring continuous improvements and efficiencies to processes by means of automation, reduction of design complexity, response time, and simplifying the end-user experience.
• Support builds through deployment, testing, troubleshooting bugs, fixing, and problem-solving skills.
• Provide in-depth knowledge transfer, on-the-job training, and guidance to improve team productivity.
• Lead the team and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Should be flexible in working hours, ready to work in shifts, and provide on-call support.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Java development (back-end and front-end).
• Well acquainted with frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC, MyBatis, Spring Data JPA.
• Working experience with databases like MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle.
• Familiar with SQL, create index, and optimize.
• Experienced in React, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Working experience with API development.
• Familiar with G3/Ansible Deployment tools.
• Candidate should be flexible enough to take on different responsibilities as per the requirements.
