About Magma Digital Ventures Magma Digital Ventures is a venture studio building and scaling multiple businesses across outsourcing and SaaS. About the Role We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience who can deliver high-quality visual content across multiple brands.
You will work across different businesses, creating designs that are clean, modern, and aligned with brand and performance goals .
What You’ll Do • Design creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
- Create high-quality visual assets for multiple brands
- Work closely with content and marketing teams
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity
- Turn around designs quickly without compromising quality
- Adapt designs based on feedback and performance
What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern design work
- Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva (or similar)
- Good understanding of design for digital and social media
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Preferred Background • Experience working with startups, agencies, or multiple brands
- Exposure to performance marketing creatives
- Basic understanding of branding and content strategy
