THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-caliber leader to drive revenue growth and expand our global footprint.
- Strategic Growth: Lead market share expansion for APIs & Pellets.
- Global Reach: Manage domestic sales and international export markets.
- B2B Leadership: Identify and convert high-value pharmaceutical clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of global trends and regulatory shifts (FDA, CEP).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Education: MBA (Marketing/IB) + B.Pharm/M.Pharm or Chemistry background.
- Expertise: Proven track record in API/Pellet sales and B2B cycles.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and international logistics knowledge.
- Network: Strong existing connections within the global pharma landscape.
