- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL for GIS analysis is an advantage
