Goodlife Consumer Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing consumer goods company with a strong presence across online marketplaces and retail channels. We are looking to strengthen our e-commerce operations and are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview

The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operations across online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and content for better visibility and sales
• Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams
• Plan and manage marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs
• Analyze sales reports, pricing, competitor performance, and marketplace trends
• Coordinate with customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution
• Manage promotions, deals, discounts, and participation in sale events
• Ensure adherence to marketplace guidelines and internal company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
