Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our brand’s visual identity and digital presence. This role combines creative design skills with data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design
- Design social media creatives, banners, ads, brochures, flyers, presentations, and email templates
- Develop brand assets including logos, typography, and visual guidelines
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline channels
- Create engaging visuals for campaigns, websites, and landing pages
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaign creatives
- Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email
- Manage social media platforms (content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics)
- Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Optimize website content for SEO and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates through digital strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
- Experience with social media marketing and paid ads
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics
- Familiarity with Figma
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
