Job Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop visually compelling designs for digital platforms and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Create creative assets such as banners, advertisements, social media posts, infographics, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop innovative design concepts.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains design consistency across platforms.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphic elements that enhance communication and storytelling.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Edit and enhance images, graphics, and marketing materials as required.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Maintain organized design files and follow best practices for version control and file management.
• Ensure high-quality output across all digital platforms and marketing channels.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma (optional), and Canva (optional).
• Ability to create engaging designs for social media, digital ads, branding, and marketing materials.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand brand identity and translate it into visual communication.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
