Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong D2C/eCommerce background who can create high-performing creatives for digital marketing and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience designing performance marketing ads, website creatives, and social media content that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels
- Create social media creatives, reels thumbnails, and campaign visuals
- Design website banners, landing page creatives, and product visuals
- Work on marketplace creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Develop email marketing creatives and WhatsApp campaign assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with performance marketing, content, and brand teams
- Continuously optimize creatives based on campaign performance and A/B testing
Skills & Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Graphic Design (preferably in D2C/eCommerce brands)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media design
- Ability to create scroll-stopping ad creatives
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and color
