The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Job Responsibilities

• Creation of high-impact creatives including posts, reels, videos, presentations, banners, and marketing collaterals & 2D Animations.
• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of creative and digital media initiatives aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
• Own and manage official social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content planning, posting schedules, platform optimisation, and engagement monitoring.
• Develop and oversee monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, and storytelling approaches to drive brand visibility and audience growth.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all digital and offline communication channels.
• Analyse social media performance metrics and optimise content strategies based on insights, trends, and audience behaviuor.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and HR to translate business goals into effective communication.
• Review, guide, and mentor junior designers or media team members to maintain quality standards and timely delivery.
• Manage & coordinate with employees, and team for video shoots, and campaigns.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new content formats.
• Support internal branding initiatives including employee communication, events, and corporate presentations.
