Growth Marketer / Lead Generation Specialist (E-commerce Focus)

About the Role: We are a growing startup looking for a results-driven Lead Generation expert to help us scale. Your primary mission will be to identify, connect with, and book meetings with Shopify store owners and e-commerce brands through strategic LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel prospecting.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify high-potential Shopify stores using tools like StoreLeads, BuiltWith, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Design and execute automated LinkedIn connection and message sequences.
- Craft highly personalized cold emails and DMs that resonate with store founders and marketing directors.
- Manage our sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and booking discovery calls for our team.
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate on messaging to improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B lead generation or digital marketing, specifically targeting the e-commerce/SaaS sector.
- Toolbox: Mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and at least one automation tool (e.g., Waalaxy, Clay, or Lemlist).
- Strategy: You know how to find "buying signals" (e.g., a store that just raised funding or has a slow mobile site).
- Communication: Exceptional English writing skills—no "copy-paste" templates.
- Independence: You are a self-starter who can build a lead gen "machine" from scratch.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working inside the Shopify ecosystem or for an e-commerce agency.
- Knowledge of SEO or Meta Ads (to better "pitch" our services).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,394.41 per month
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
