The Role

This role is strictly for Lead Generation performance marketing.

If your background is only e-commerce ROAS optimisation, this may not be the right fit.

You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building structured acquisition funnels that convert.

What You Will Own

  • End-to-end lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Managing and scaling structured lead gen funnels
  • Minimum 20L+ monthly ad budget handling experience preferred
  • Optimising for lead quality, not just cost per lead
  • Understanding sales cycle and CRM integration
  • Setting up proper conversion tracking and offline conversion tracking
  • Coordinating landing page creation and testing
  • Running structured A/B tests across ads, audiences and landing pages
  • Deep focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Analysing funnel drop-offs and improving conversion rates
  • Working closely with clients to improve lead quality

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You optimise only for lowest CPL without considering lead quality
  • You do not understand how sales teams work
  • You cannot set up tracking independently
  • You rely only on platform automation without strategy

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 2 to 3 years of responsible hands-on experience in lead generation
  • Has handled structured lead funnels end-to-end
  • Understands CPL, CAC, LTV, and revenue attribution
  • Is confident in client communication
  • Can independently audit and optimise accounts
  • Has strong CRO thinking
  • Is comfortable working on strict KPI targets
