About the Role

PeopleElevate is hiring a GTM Lead on behalf of its client, ContentNinja.

We’re looking for a hands-on GTM builder who can design and execute a high-performance outbound engine. This is not a typical SDR or demand generation role—you will own the entire top-of-funnel motion.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of growth, data, and systems thinking, this role is for you.

  • Pure SDR / cold-calling roles
  • Social media / brand marketing profiles
  • Candidates without hands-on outbound campaign execution

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build ICPs, segmentation, and target account lists
  • Identify decision-makers and map buying signals
  • Run multi-touch outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
  • Manage outreach tools (SmartLead / Instantly / Sales Handy, etc.)
  • Handle email infrastructure (domains, warm-ups, deliverability)
  • Write and optimize high-conversion messaging
  • Track performance (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked)
  • Qualify leads and create sales-ready pipeline

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

✔ 4–5 years in B2B SaaS / product company or B2B-focused agency

✔ Hands-on experience running outbound campaigns at scale

✔ Strong working knowledge of:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email outreach tools (SmartLead / Instantly / Sales Handy, etc.)

✔ Experience owning key metrics:

  • Reply rates
  • Meetings booked
  • Pipeline generated

What Will Get You Shortlisted Faster

  • You can share actual campaign metrics/results
  • You’ve worked in a startup or growth-stage environment
