Job description

Role Objective

  • Transform KBPLs online business into a major strategic and revenue-driving pillar.
  • Own the digital P&L and deliver predictable, profitable growth.

Role & responsibilities

  1. D2C Business Leadership
  • Lead KBPLs D2C platform (website & app) with full accountability for scale, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Improve site performance across conversion rate, merchandising, personalization, and checkout optimization.
  • Build strong acquisition and retention engines to drive traffic, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
  • Leverage analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing for continuous CX and revenue improvement.
  • Establish D2C as a key growth and profit channel for the brand.
  1. Marketplace Business Ownership
  • Drive end-to-end marketplace P&L across Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, and other platforms.
  • Define strategy across assortment, pricing, promotions, and campaign planning.
  • Build strong relationships with marketplace partners to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Oversee cataloging, inventory health, SLAs, order flow, and returns reduction.
  • Scale marketplace contribution while protecting margins and brand equity.
  1. Digital & Performance Marketing Leadership
  • Own performance marketing, SEO, CRM, lifecycle, and retention marketing.
  • Build a data-led acquisition and engagement engine.
  • Use analytics, attribution, and funnel insights to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Drive integrated digital strategy across D2C and marketplaces.
  1. E-Commerce Operations Excellence
  • Lead end-to-end operations including order management, warehousing, logistics, and returns.
  • Improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency across fulfillment.
  • Build scalable systems and SOPs for high-volume and seasonal demand.
