We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Head of Copy to join our team and lead the development of compelling, high-impact content across multiple channels, you will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, crafting engaging messaging, and delivering persuasive copy that drives results. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the copy and content function across all client accounts and campaigns.
- Develop compelling brand narratives, campaign concepts, and platform-specific messaging for digital channels.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand positioning across all communication touchpoints.
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and account management teams to develop integrated campaign ideas.
- Review and approve all copy, scripts, taglines, campaign messaging, and long-form content.
- Guide the creation of social media content, digital ads, website copy, branded content, and video scripts.
- Mentor, train, and manage a team of copywriters and content creators.
- Participate in client pitches and creative presentations.
- Stay updated with digital trends, cultural insights, and emerging storytelling formats.
- Maintain quality control and creative standards across all copy output.
Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or content agencies.
- Strong portfolio across campaigns, digital ads, social media, and branded content.
- Experience managing creative teams and leading campaign ideation.
- Excellent storytelling, conceptual thinking, and brand communication skills.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with strategic objectives.
