Head of Media

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and technically strong Head – Media to lead and manage the organization’s overall media operations. The role requires expertise in digital platforms, media production, technology infrastructure, and industry networking to strengthen outreach and content impact across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end media strategy and operations across digital and broadcast platforms.
• Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring consistent engagement, reach, and brand alignment.
• Oversee website and mobile app management, ensuring functionality, user experience, and regular updates.
• Plan and supervise media production including video, live streaming, events, and digital content creation.
• Manage technical production operations including studio setup, audio-video systems, and broadcast workflows.
• Oversee media infrastructure and equipment management, maintenance, upgrades, and technology planning.
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships with media houses, production partners, and vendors.
• Ensure quality standards across all media outputs and platforms.
• Lead media teams including creative, technical, and digital personnel.
• Stay updated with emerging media technologies and digital trends to enhance organizational reach.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• 12–18 years of experience in media operations, production, or digital media leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in social media, websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
• Proven experience in technical production, studio operations, or broadcast environments.
• Well-connected within the media and production industry.
• Experience managing media infrastructure and large-scale productions preferred.
