Healthcare Automation Support Analyst

Shift: US time zone support (Night shift IST)
Qualifications: Any graduation degree.
Required Skills
- Domain Knowledge- US healthcare processes (claims, billing, eligibility, EHR systems).
- Technical Awareness- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or workflow monitoring dashboards.
- Compliance- Strong understanding of HIPAA and data privacy requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly switch from automated to manual workflows.
- Communication- Clear documentation and escalation skills.
Flexibility: Comfortable working in US time zones (night shifts for offshore teams).
Preferred Background:
- Experience in healthcare BPO/KPO or payer/provider support.
- Exposure to automation/RPA environments.
- Prior work in claims processing, billing, or eligibility verification.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor healthcare automation workflows.
- Handle exceptions, perform manual fallback processing,
- Ensure HIPAA compliance, document incidents, and support continuous improvement.
