Healthcare Recruiter (Remote) – Healthcare Staffing US Staffing
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals including RNs, Allied Health, and Technologists
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS records
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Meet recruitment and placement targets
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in healthcare recruiting or healthcare staffing
- Experience recruiting nurses or allied healthcare professionals
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote workplace
Preferred
- Experience recruiting for travel nurses or contract healthcare roles
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management systems
- Understanding the terminologies used in Healthcare Staffing.
