Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Rajarhat. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medical assistance, and supporting healthcare teams through communication and training initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting medical assessments, administering care plans, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of patients. Collaboration with team members and ensuring healthcare protocols are followed are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) services and general medicine
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to provide or participate in professional training and development sessions
- Knowledge and experience in healthcare practices and medical procedures
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent qualification
- Relevant certifications, including EMT certification, are highly desirable
