Requirements
Ability to dedicate minimum 4 hours per day
Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition preferred
Role Responsibilities
- Source high-quality candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screening/interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and internal recruiters throughout the hiring process
- Build strong candidate pipelines for open positions
