Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; part-time or full-time availability
• Ability to conduct sessions on weekdays and/or weekends based on student requirements

• Strong organizational skills and time management to plan lessons effectively

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and curriculum-aligned lessons to young learners, fostering a love for learning while supporting their academic growth
• Conduct online tutoring sessions for primary school students in subjects such as Mathematics, English, Hindi, Science, and Social Studies
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and individual student needs
• Monitor and evaluate students progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Create an interactive and engaging learning environment using digital tools and resources
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress
• Identify learning challenges and adapt teaching methods to ensure students comprehension and retention
