Guardian Health Staff is actively hiring an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a fast-paced, high-tech surgical unit. This is a great opportunity to work in one of the top surgical hospitals in the U.S.

🔹 Must-Have Experience

✅ Orthopedic (Major Joint) – MANDATORY

✅ General Surgery

✅ Urology (Open & Cysto)

✅ Minor Vascular (Major vascular is a plus)

💡 Strong Ortho skill set required

🔹 Certifications

• BLS (Required)

🔹 Work Environment

• 13 Operating Rooms
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Advanced equipment (Da Vinci Robots, Stryker Systems)
• Documentation: Meditech

🔹 Schedule

• Call: 4–5 shifts per 4 weeks
• Weekend rotation required
• Flexible schedule
