• Qualifications & Experience**:
• Educational Qualification**: MBBS or MBA in Hospital Management (mandatory).
• Experience**: 3 to 5 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare policies, and quality management.
