Job Summary:

The Hospital Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient delivery of healthcare services. The Administrator will oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including staff management, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Management:

• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to ensure optimal performance.

• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of hospital staff.
