JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
To maintain pharmacy in shifts.
To checkup for the correctness in quantity and expiry date of medicines received from suppliers.
To arrange the medicines in its place in order and easily accusable.
To maintain the records of receipt, issues and sales promptly.
To observe accuracy and speed while dispensing the medicines.
To coordinate with wards and doctors for better service.
To make sure that no medicine is dispensed without proper prescription from doctors.
To maintain the re-order level in order to facilitate proper indenting and replacing.
To give pharmacy clearance on information about the discharge of patients from our hospital.

To follow and maintain all standards of quality as required by the organizational standards

To check daily inventory levels and identifying items to be ordered and their quantities.

To supervise the issues to pharmacy and other departments and its generations in computer.
To generate purchase order and GRN’s
To maintain the inventory control.
To maintain the storage condition properly.
To send the bill to accounts after authorization.
To give the monthly report of sales to Hospital Administrator / Accounts
To get the drug license.
To ensure the compliance of FDA rules and Regulations.
To follow and maintain all standards of quality as required by the organizational standards.
Note - Required D Pharm/B Pharm with minimum 2 years experience**
