Hospital Pharmacist - Manipal Hospital, Yeshwanthpur

• Dispense medications accurately and promptly to patients, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriateness of therapy.
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients and caregivers, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Monitor patient outcomes and troubleshoot any medication-related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and controlled substances.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize treatment plans based on patient-specific needs.
• Stay up-to-date with current pharmacy practices, medication updates, and healthcare regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical supplies.
