About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
2. Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration workflows.
3. Develop and review HR policies to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
4. Provide structured documentation and guidance on HR best practices.
5. Collaborate asynchronously with stakeholders on workforce planning and administrative initiatives.
6. Apply HR expertise to support AI-driven research and enterprise projects.
