HR Administrator(Night shift) (Bidhannagar)

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Administrator (Fresher) to support our end-to-end HR processes. The role involves handling candidate resumes received through connections, emails coordinating interviews, managing HR communication, documentation, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities

1.Candidate Handling & Resume Management

  • Receive and organize resumes coming through connections, direct emails.
  • Maintain and update the resume database regularly.
  • Forward relevant profiles to hiring managers for shortlisting.
  1. Interview Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
  • Share interview details via email, WhatsApp, or phone calls.
  • Follow up with candidates for availability and reminders.
  • Collect and share interview feedback with the HR team and candidates.
  1. Communication & Follow-ups
  • Respond to emails and messages from candidates promptly.
  • Draft and send standard HR communication (e.g., interview invites, follow-up messages).
  • Maintain professional communication channels throughout the hiring process.
  1. Onboarding & Joining Formalities
  • Assist in new joiner onboarding processes.
  • Collect necessary documents and verify candidate details.
  • Prepare new joining files and create employee folders.
  • Support in creating appointment letters, joining letters, and other HR documents.
  • Coordinate with new employees on joining day and guide them through induction steps.
  1. HR Documentation & Database Management
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases in an accurate and updated manner.
  • File and store employee documents as per company policies.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed for new joiners and existing staff.
  1. General HR Support
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative work.
  • Support the HR team in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR and employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any or related field (freshers welcome).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment & onboarding).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with digital communication.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
