Recrruitment & Staffing

Oversee end to end recruitment, onboarding etc ensure that there is a timely closure of the open positions.

Ensure all the employee record are updated .

Employee Relations & Welfare

Ensure all the grievances are addressed & escalated to the required committees whenever required

Ensure timely issuance all medical cards to the employees, skill development programmes for Employees

L&D;

Overseeing & conducting the of training activities

HR Administration

Ensure the timely updation of employee & associates records

Ensure the clearance of HR related queries with the respective departments & escalate wherever required

Statutory

Oversee all renewal of statutory licenses and compliance documents pertaining to contractors & Plant

Wages

Ensure the timely disbursement of wages as per the attendance .

Ensure the timely payment of statutory challans by the contractors

Audits

Oversee the documentation of audit related files

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
