Job Description of HR Assistant

1. Sourcing :

• Use various methods to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events,

and referrals.

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing

relationship management.

• Posting on various digital platform

1. Screening and Selection:

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

1. Interviewing and Assessment:

• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates against position requirements.
• Provide timely feedback and guidance to candidates.

1. Offer and Onboarding:

• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks (e.g., references, background checks).
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

1. Relationship Management:

• Build robust relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture and values to candidates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
