Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team in Noida Sector 63. This is an entry-level permanent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources.

The selected candidate will go through a structured 3-month learning phase while working on real HR tasks and gaining practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment including resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview processes
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
• Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
• Assist in HR operations, compliance, and internal HR activities
• Maintain and update candidate and employee databases
• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR experience
• Must be an immediate joiner
• Willing to work full-time from office (Noida Sector 63)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge or interest in HR and recruitment

• This is a full-time onsite role only
• Not suitable for internships or part-time roles
• Candidates currently pursuing graduation or master's programs should not apply
• Applicants must be able to commute daily to Noida Sector 63
