Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations for a remote team of graphic and packaging designers. The role focuses on building a structured hiring pipeline and managing remote employee standards.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Create and manage job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
  • Source and screen candidates for remote graphic design roles.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
  • Coordinate portfolio review and design test projects.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking.
  • Reduce high-volume applicant pools into qualified shortlists.

Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding for remote employees.
  • Ensure completion of employment documentation and contracts.
  • Implement onboarding checklists and training guidelines.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Remote Work Policy Management

  • Establish work-from-home standards and expectations.
  • Define minimum equipment requirements for remote employees.
  • Create and maintain remote work policies.
  • Define communication and availability expectations.

Performance Standards

  • Define minimum output expectations for designers.
  • Establish productivity metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist managers with employee performance tracking.
  • Implement structured performance review processes.

Process Development

  • Develop recruiting workflows and screening frameworks.
  • Create candidate evaluation scorecards.
  • Build standardized interview processes.
  • Maintain hiring SOPs for remote graphic designer roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience hiring remote employees.
  • Experience recruiting designers or creative professionals preferred.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Pay: ₹12,627.29 - ₹24,989.49 per month
