Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and HR process efficiency. The role will work closely with leadership and department heads to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, employee records, and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave administration.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate with recruitment team for smooth onboarding and manpower planning.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Drive HR process improvements and automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 10–15 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or engineering companies.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
