Job Summary

Bunk Hostel Rishikesh is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Part-Time HR Executive to support daily HR operations during evening hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling employee coordination, and maintaining a positive work culture in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment by posting job openings and screening candidates

Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants

Maintain employee records and documentation

Support onboarding of new staff and volunteers

Track employee attendance and basic HR data

Help resolve basic staff queries and coordinate with management

Assist in organizing staff schedules and internal communication

Support building a positive team culture within the hostel

Requirements & Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment

Ability to manage confidential employee information

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and basic office tools

Ability to work independently during evening hours

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Previous HR or administrative experience preferred

Experience in hospitality, café, or hostel environment is a plus
