QuikBoys is a hyperlocal last-mile delivery platform connecting

customers with local vendors across Hyderabad and Bangalore. We

are hiring Hub Managers to lead on-ground operations across

our expanding hub network.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily delivery operations across all hubs in your cluster
• Recruit, onboard and manage Hub Captains and delivery partners
• Drive vendor acquisition and maintain vendor relationships
• Ensure order fulfilment, SLA adherence and customer satisfaction
• Report cluster-level performance metrics to the Operations Head
• Identify new hub locations and vendor opportunities

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome — we will train you!
• Any graduate / undergraduate with a go-getter attitude
• Strong communication skills in English and local language
• Good local area knowledge (Hyderabad or Bangalore)
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground startup environment
