Tattva Code Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Assist with campus hiring and internship programs
- Support day-to-day HR operations
Eligibility & Requirements:
- MBA / BBA / Any Graduate (HR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Freshers are welcome
