Position: HR Recruiter
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end responsibility for recruitment.
- Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
- Assist the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
- Maintain the employee database and handle paperwork at the time of joining.
8.Sending Birthday wishes & conducting Birthday events at offices
- Responsible for handling joining formalities.
- Close exit formalities for relieving employees and prepare supporting documents for employees whenever required.
- Handle employee engagement activities.
Skill Set:
- Have an excellent understanding of recruitment.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
