We are hiring Business Development Executives / Telecallers for immediate joining. Candidates must have good English communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound queries professionally
- Maintain call records and follow up as needed
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Support the sales team to achieve business targets
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (spoken)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage
