We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Pastry and Bakery Commis I who has atleast 2 years of experience, cares about good food as much as good vibes and can bring consistency, creativity, and discipline to the kitchen. Join us in a space that blends food with nature, calm, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
Bake artisan breads (focaccia, brioche, multigrain, etc.)
Make pastries, cakes, tarts, and desserts from scratch
Manage fermentation, proofing, and daily baking schedules
Oversee mise en place and stock control
Maintain hygiene, quality, and consistency
Requirements
Atleast 2 years of proven experience in pastry as well as bakery kitchens
Strong foundation in fundamentals; ability to work independently
Attention to detail and consistency in output
