Job Overview

IAMAX Precision is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Process Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between digital programming and physical production, ensuring high-quality output and efficient machining processes.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Mastercam programming and CNC machine setup.
• Education: Diploma, or any relevant technical qualification.
• Skills: Proficiency in process development, troubleshooting, and complete CNC machine setup.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Programming: Develop high-efficiency CNC Milling programs using Mastercam.
• Setup: Perform and oversee complete CNC machine setups to ensure production readiness.
• Process Engineering: Develop, troubleshoot, and improve machining processes to optimize cycle times and tool life.
• Quality Control: Maintain strict production standards and ensure all parts meet quality specifications.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: Monday to Saturday | Rotational shifts.

Location Requirement
