Inbound Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are hiring candidates for an Inbound Voice Process. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries and complaints
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi and marathi
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customer queries calmly

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary:

• ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Shift:

• Day / Rotational shift
