Job Title: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process
Location: Mumbai ( Candidates only from Mumbai location will be considered)
Joining: Immediate Joiners are preferred
shift - 5 days working I 2 rotational week offs
Salary Package: 25,000 - 35,000 in hand fixed( based on the experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls regardinqueries, issues, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain call quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Elibility Critera:
Qualification: Any Graduates/ Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of experience
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred; freshers with strong communication may apply.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
