Inside Sales Manager/ Sales Development Manager For Us Geography Pune (India)

As a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Inside Sales Manager with a solid background in technology services sales, your role will involve lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of junior sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for target geographies: India, US, Europe, UK, and APAC
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools
- Conduct discovery calls, pitch services, and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align messaging and offerings
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of junior inside sales representatives
- Track team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and targets
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person events, webinars, and client meetings
Qualifications Required:
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B technology services sales, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role
- Proven track record of generating and qualifying leads in global markets
- Strong understanding of IT services such as cloud, data engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, or digital transformation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
