You are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeping Intern interested in building a career in finance, accounting, and business operations. This role offers an Intern-to-Hire opportunity, where you will work with real financial records, invoices, expense tracking, and bookkeeping tools. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time bookkeeping or finance role after the internship.

  • Responsibilities:**
  • Daily Bookkeeping Support**
  • Record financial transactions and maintain organized bookkeeping records.
  • Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Track business expenses and categorize transactions properly.
  • Financial Documentation**
  • Maintain invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports like expense summaries, revenue reports, and monthly transaction summaries.
  • Reconciliation Tasks**
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and financial record verification.
  • Identify discrepancies and report them to the finance team.
  • Accounting Tools & Data Management**
  • Work with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho Books, or other accounting platforms.
  • Maintain organized digital financial records.
  • Administrative Finance Support**
  • Support the finance team in daily accounting operations.
  • Assist with preparing financial data required for reporting.
  • Requirements:**
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting or Bookkeeping principles.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred Skills:**
  • Knowledge of accounting tools like Zoho Books.
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation.
  • Commerce/Accounting background preferred.
  • Education:**

Candidates pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), CA/CMA (Inter or Students).

The office is located at Nand-Manohar Plaza, Vengurla - Road, Sulga, Belagavi, Karnataka 591108, with flexible working hours from 10:00 AM IST to 7:00 PM IST based on the role.
