Role Overview

  • Location: Hyderabad – Work From Office (Mandatory)
  • Shift: Night Shift – Monday to Friday (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)
  • Market Focus: United States / International B2B

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha and other

B2B tools.

  • Build ICP-based prospect lists with verified contact details.
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and cold email sequences.
  • Personalize outreach messages to improve engagement rates.
  • Book qualified appointments for client sales teams.
  • Update CRM daily and maintain structured pipeline records.
  • Track outreach metrics including connection rate, reply rate, and meetings booked.
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and follow defined SOPs.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1–3 years experience in B2B lead generation or international outbound sales.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience targeting US/UK markets preferred.
  • Comfortable working night shifts.

Performance Expectations (Indicative KPIs)

  • Daily prospect addition targets.
  • Structured outreach execution with measurable reply rates.
  • 8–12 Qualified Meetings per month (campaign dependent).
  • Consistent CRM discipline and reporting.

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Salary: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 35,000 per month.
  • Performance Incentive: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month (based on qualified meetings achieved).
  • High performers can earn Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 85,000 per month total compensation.
